don’t hate me…but I actually feel fantastic this afternoon. I’m not sore and I have all kinds of energy.

I actually wish I could run with y’all. My “real” knee would never make it. Now, my fake knee would do great!
I’ve done nothing today and feel a little better this afternoon. Will be on day three of the plan tomorrow.
