So HZ is kicking some serious diet butt, way more then I have. Which would be okay except I just realized I’m on collision course with the big 3-0 and my diet is not holding up its end of the bargain. This might be because I never really noticed it is MID MARCH until this morning. When the hell did that happen?
My new goal is to kick cardio butt for the next 8 weeks. I’m going to do two a day workouts. TWICE a DAY. I feel hardcore already.
Today’s workout was rather relaxed in anticipation of tomorrows kickoff to lunacy. I now have a May 1st deadline so I have to go with this. Eeek.
